Newman Grace was the agency on record for Buell Surf, acting as their complete outsourced marketing department. Our team consulted with them on everything from new products to digital marketing. I led the digital marketing team through digital promotion strategies including social media and email promotions through Klaviyo. We also managed the Shopify website in it’s entirety including refreshed look and layout, adding new products, managing backend inventory, digital graphics for promotional banners. We also helped the team with event planning and promotion. I even led the team through stepping in to provide customer service while the company was in a point of transition!
