Work Experience
2010 – 2025
Vice President of Digital Marketing
Newman Grace, Inc.
I was responsible for digital marketing services including digital strategies, digital advertising, social media, websites, SEO, and content creation.
As a creative, branding & marketing firm, over my 15 years here, I worked with clients on traditional integrated marketing areas including branding design, production design, printed materials, business collateral, advertising campaigns (from strategy to concept to implementation), strategic planning, marketing research and analysis, and project management.
With digital media clients, I often explained it as “if it has to do with your business online, my team takes care of it!” This might have included building, branding and launching social media accounts with everything including digital/social strategy, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, community engagement and management, maintaining brand consistency, securing influencer partnerships/relationships, managing paid promotions, reporting and analysis. I also worked with clients and the team to design, build, launch, and manage websites, digital advertisements, SEO, and more!
Newman Grace specializes in working with clients in the health, sports, and fitness industry. Current and past client industries include: product distributors and manufacturers, digital services, professional service providers, restaurants, lifestyle magazines, and global non-profit organizations.
My team maintained an average open rate of 39%, grew the click-thru rate on emails from 7.76% to 12.88%, and grew subscribers from 12.8k to 15.5k year over year for a Los Angeles based restaurant with 3 locations.

With a local e-commerce boutique client, I managed their Shopify website (including uploading products, managing back-end inventory, editing images, site layout updates, creating website banners) and email promotions resulting in annual sales increase from $36k to $59k over three years.
2012 – PRESENT
Social Media Manager
KHS Inc. (KHS Bicycles, Free Agent BMX, Manhattan Cruisers)
I manage all social media accounts for KHS including sub-brands Free Agent BMX, Free Agent Bikes and Manhattan Beach Cruisers. I am responsible for the creation & implementation of social marketing strategies, posting “on brand” content, creating and executing paid social media campaigns, engaging with followers, and work to increase brand awareness.
Additionally, I communicate with team managers and more than 16 sponsored riders/teams to gather content and ensure that all social media marketing is “on brand”. Coordinating scheduled events with team and promoting that information across social media, pre-event contact, to confirm large and small details of the event as well as post-event follow up are necessary to make sure the information is conveyed to followers/fans in the most timely manner.
I launched a social media photo contingency plan where I work with athletes and team managers to coordinate posts across social media on team/athlete accounts and curate a bank of branded content. As a direct result of this program, content we receive from sponsored athletes to share on our social media accounts and websites has gone from very limited to effectively an infinite amount of content. From the photo contingency program, we have also experienced more valuable communication between brand representatives and the company.
As a result of this social media contingency program, impressions on team/athlete account content grew from very minimal to 1.49 million and the 4.15 million 5 years later!
